The artist presents themself, meditating in front of their cell phone as a harsh noise mix (Histrionic II by Yves Tumor and Mykki Blanco) plays to completion.

When the audio ends, the artist makes their way to the white table, beholding a 16" pizza, a bottle of classic Coke, and a bottle of red wine.

They proceed to eat the pizza. Their consumption becomes more erotic and animalistic.

When the whole pizza is consumed, the artist drinks an entire bottle of wine until they're nauseated. They engage in self-induced vomiting, assisted by a bottle of Coke.

After vomiting, the artist uses the vomit to paint a figure 8/infinity symbol on the tablecloth behind them. Specifically, it's drawn as 2 circles first, and then an x to connect the cycles.
