Unfold (Intensive Program)
I created Unfold in 2020 as a result of learning to train my flexibility without the hands-on assistance of an instructor. There were other aspects beyond just “showing up” that needed attention in order to get past the discomfort, fear, and inconsistency I faced in my own training, despite my background and experience as a flexibility instructor.
This included examining my daily routines, recognizing the attitudes I carried throughout different areas of my body, and reframing my mindset toward process and results. I believe it’s important to improve the mentality and relationship we have toward our body alongside the results that it offers.
If you can set aside an hour per training day to focus on yourself (and not your phone, work, or other distractions), here’s what you can expect to gain:
